PE.K.C.2.2: Recognize physical activities have safety rules and procedures. 

PE.1.M.1.1: Travel using various locomotor skills while changing directions, pathways and speeds. 

PE.1.M.1.14: Use a variety of takeoff and landing patterns to jump, hop and leap safely in relation to various types of equipment. 

PE.1.C.2.2: Identify safety rules and procedures for teacher selected physical activities. 

Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Students will learn how to exercise in their own space.

Students will know how to rotate to different stations and keep the equipment organized.

Students will understand how to share and take turns. 

Classroom Activities

Warm up exercises in our teams. Walk, Jog, Bunny Hop, Skip and Side Shuffle.

Jump Rope and Hula Hoop Stations. 

Discussion Questions: What is Exercise? What are ways to keep safe during exercise?


Assignments Due

Don’t forget to bring water bottles and wear sneakers. 

Take 5 minutes to practice our exercises when you are at home.

Assessment: Be able to perform both exercises while creating space from others.
