Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Students will learn how to toss a Frisbee to a moving target that is being defended.

Students will learn how to find a way to catch a Frisbee while being defended.

Classroom Activities

Q2 warm-up exercises: (5 Push-ups, Frog Jumps, Walking Lunges and Karaoke.)

Day 1,2 and 3: Play Super Toss Frisbee.

Day 4,5 and 6: Play Ultimate Frisbee. 

Discussion Questions: How do you toss a Frisbee? What are 3 rules to Super Toss Frisbee? What are 3 rules to Ultimate Frisbee? 

Assignments Due

Don’t forget to bring water bottles and wear sneakers. 

Take 5 minutes to practice our exercises when you are at home.
