Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Students will learn to aim and toss a Frisbee at a stationary target.

Students will learn how to toss a Frisbee to a moving target that is being defended.

Students will learn how to find a way to catch a Frisbee while being defended.

Classroom Activities

Q2 warm-up exercises: (2nd – 3 Push-ups, Hop, Skip and Side Shuffle.) (3rd – 3 Push-ups, Frog Jump, Skip and Karaoke.)

Day 1,2 and 3: Play Frisbee Ring Toss.

Day 4,5 and 6: Play Super Toss Frisbee. 

Discussion Questions: How do you toss a Frisbee? What are 3 rules to Frisbee Ring Toss? What are 3 rules to Super Toss Frisbee? 

Assignments Due

Don’t forget to bring water bottles and wear sneakers.
