Students will learn how to aim and toss a Frisbee to a non-moving target.

 

Classroom Activities

Q2 warm-up exercises in our teams: (K – Walk, Run, Hop, Skip and Side Shuffle.) (1st – Kick Backs, High Knees, Hop, Skip and Side Shuffle.)

Day 1-6: Play Frisbee Ring Toss.

Discussion Questions: How do you toss a Frisbee? What are 3 rules to Frisbee Ring Toss?

Assignments Due

Don’t forget to bring water bottles and wear sneakers.
