|Learning Targets and Learning Criteria|
Students will recognize the difference between offense and defense.
Students will be able to hand off and receive a hand off while using a football.
Students will learn about passing patterns and how to run them.
Q2 warm-up exercises: (5 Push-ups, Frog Jumps, Walking Lunges and Karaoke.)
Day 1 and 2: Play the running back game.
Day 3 and 4: Learn route running techniques.
Discussion Questions: What is offense and defense? What strategies did you incorporate while playing offense or defense? How do you give and receive a hand off? What is the reasoning for different route running techniques?
Don’t forget to bring water bottles and wear sneakers.

Assessment: Perform the Q2 exercises. Recognize the difference between offense and defense. Be able to give and receive a hand off. Perform the running routes of curl, cut and slant.
