Recognize locomotor movement patterns.  Recognize the concept of a dominant hand/foot for throwing/striking/kicking patterns.  Recognize movement concepts.  Use a variety of locomotor skills to travel in personal and general space.  Move in a variety of ways in relation to others.  Roll and throw a variety of objects using an underhand motion.

Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals inside kickball which include striking a ball using their dominant foot, running to bases, and playing in personal space with teammates.  We will also work on underhand throwing.  We will also learn the difference and be able to recognize the concept of offense and defense.
