|Learning Targets and Learning Criteria|
Students will test their current aerobic fitness level by participating in the 15 meter Pacer Test. We will discuss the importance of aerobic fitness and how the body uses oxygen to replenish the muscles during aerobic activities. We will retest at least 3 more times during the school year so that students can see their progress.
