    4. Create a dance phrase and revise one or more elements to add interest and diversity to the piece. 
Learning Targets and Learning Criteria
  1. To finish our unit on axial and locomotive movement.
  2. To begin choreography for our Veteran’s Day Performance.
  3. Create and share the responsibility of choreography a group dance for the show.
Classroom Activities
  1. Warm up
  2. Across the floor and center exercises demonstrating new vocabulary and axial vs. locomotive movements.
  3. Take the unit 2 vocabulary test on Wednesday.
  4. Discuss the Veteran’s Day performance.
  5. Begin ideas for choreographing the Veteran’s Day dance as a class.
