Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Students will focus on movement to show character and story in a lip sync project.

Students will explore Pantomime movement on stage.

 

Classroom Activities

Monday/Tuesday:Warm-up: Month by month pantomime ides; Finishing Classroom Flag/Quilt; Rehearse and Refine Lip Sync Project; Textbook passage–Page 23-26 Teamwork for the classroom

Wednesday: Warm-Up: Solo Pantomime lesson #2–Text book page 46 Plan, Practice, Perform Solo Pantomime Scene for critique

Thursday/Friday: Warm-up: Month by month Pantomime ideas; Final Rehearsal for Lip Sync Project and Performance for grade.

Assignments Due

Lip Sync Project due for a grade on Thursday/Friday (Unless we aren’t ready then we will have them due on Monday/Tuesday)

Remember when choosing a Lip Sync song, IT MUST BE APPROPRIATE FOR SCHOOL!
