Classroom Activities

In class, we complete the MATH workshop each period. This is a blended, rotation model of teaching where your student is receiving the standards in multiple different settings while completing many different activities. This allows me to have time with your students in a very small group setting to help when necessary further develop the understanding of the standards.

We will take our second test this week (Monday/Tuesday) covering Multiplying and Dividing Fractions.

Assignments Due

The week students will be assigned the following to practice class concepts:

IXL: (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) G1 students are expected to reach at least an 80% on these assignments.

Mathspace: (Thursday/Friday) Homework #3: Long Division Due Monday 10-1-18

Quarterly Project: The quarterly project will be due on October 10. This is a Summative grade. Please see attached for instructions and grading rubric
