|Learning Targets and Learning Criteria|
Students will analyze ancient Egyptian events.
Students will look at Primary sources of information about the ancient pyramids.
Students will compare the Mesopotamian and Egyptian cultures and how they were similar & different to one another.
Students will study aspects of Egyptian agriculture, calendar, pyramids, art and architecture, hieroglyphic writing and record-keeping, literature such as the Book of the dead, mummification.
Students will work in rotations this week and next working on a variety of assignments focused on the Ancient Egyptian culture. This topic can be very exciting and interesting for students so I am very eager to teach them about it.
I have attached the rotations we will be working on above.
No assignments are due this week, next week our rotation will need to be completed.
ALL IEP and ESOL accommodations will be provided daily.
