Learning Targets and Learning Criteria

Student Goals: 

  • Students will discuss the effects of the Peloponnesian Wars on the city-state system. Athens’ power, and the conquest of Macedonia. 
  • To focus on important Greek achievements such as: Greek art and architecture, athletic competitions, the birth of democracy and civic responsibility, drama, history, literature, mathematics, medicine, philosophy, science, and warfare.
Classroom Activities
  • Students will Complete their “Doodle Notes” on the Peloponnesian wars. They will paste them into their spiral notebooks. 
  • Then we will complete a variety of activities that focuses on some of the Greek contributions. They will complete interactive notebook pages 204-208. 
Assignments Due

Interactive notebook pages 204-208 (Including the processing paragraph.)

Additional Resources

ALL IEP and ESOL accommodations will be provided daily.
