Science Learning Activities: Unit 6 Science Fusion. Students will describe the structure of plants and their roles in food production, support, water and nutrient transport, and reproduction. Students will participate in interactive digital lessons and virtual lab activities.
Math Learning Targets: Students will be able to identify different types of polygons and quadrilaterals. They will be able to find the perimeter of given figures.
Math Learning Targets: Students will learn about the different types of polygons and quadrilaterals. They will observe characteristics of shapes and classify them. We will also find the perimeter of these shapes.

Social Studies: Students will continue learning about maps and geography. Students will learn about the natural landmarks and the climate in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
ELA Learning Targets:
Students will review informational text as well as reading strategies (using Morty’s Swim Surprise) to prepare for the cumulative test for the week of March 5th.
Students will participate in small groups during centers and also practicing on IXL, I-Station, as well as reviewing concepts from the previous unit. IXL: M.6, R.1, R.2, W.1, W.4, U.1, U.4, V.5 “This would be great practice for the review test.”
