Volunteers are a crucial part of the success of Ivy Hawn Charter School of the Arts. As a Volusia County public school, Ivy Hawn participates in the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) program. In order to volunteer at Ivy Hawn, a completed and approved Volunteer Application must be on file.

There is now a new system in place to be an approved Volunteer at Ivy Hawn and in all Volusia County schools. An online application must be completed followed by bringing your Driver’s License into the school for scanning. You will be notified once the application is approved.

You may also access the online Raptor site by going to www.myvolusiaschools.org then click on community then click on volunteer/partnership then click on application to volunteer. Please be aware the approval process does take time as a full background check is performed to maximize our students’ safety. You must have an approved application on file to volunteer in classrooms, on field trips and any other school related activity. Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Ivy Hawn!
