Assignments Due

If you need more of an explanation for the following assignments, please go look at Online Learning April 13-17 Classroom Connect for a video example.

Students will choose to draw and color either a quarter note (TA) or an eighth note (TI TI). Once the picture is done, take a photo of the work (students can be in the photo too!) and email it to Miss Holvey. Drawings/pictures are due by April 30th. Once completed you are good to go! Please still check the music classroom connect for short and fun weekly enrichment activities.

ASSIGNMENT: Students will compose their own rhythm by using quarter notes (Ta), eighth notes (Ti Ti), half notes, whole notes, quarter rests, and/or sixteenth notes. Students will write out their rhythms, color/decorate, and write their own sentence that goes along with the rhythm like Miss Holvey did above. Once finished, take a photo of the rhythm (students can be in the picture too!) and email it to Miss Holvey by April 30th. Once completed you are good to go! Please still continue to check the Elementary Music Classroom Connect page for weekly short and fun enrichment activities.
