Learning Targets and Learning Criteria
  • Students can define what a locomotor movement is.

  • Students can define what a non-locomotor movement is

  • Students can explain what the difference is between locomotor and non-locomotor movements.

Classroom Activities
  • Students are placed in groups of 3-4 people where they are given a combination of Locomotor and Non-Locomotor moments that they must put together and show to the class as a group. 

Example:   2 Non-locomotor movements and 4 Locomotor movements.
