Students will determine their daily caloric expenditures weighed against calories consumed to determine a caloric deficit or surplus
Students will demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of basketball through tournament style play
Team sports including basketball and volleyball
Weekly participation grade
Nutrition log due 12/13 but may be turned in early
