Students will be able to create a personalized fitness program based from 3 main styles of weight training
Students will understand how to differentiate between different forms of weight training programs and identify proper fitness goals
Students will be able to demonstrate proper mechanics for exercises and determine proper training intensities
Group/Team test on training styles where students create a fitness program
Weekly participation grade
