Learning Target: Students will determine a theme or central idea of a text and how it is conveyed through particular details (RL.1.2)

I can explain how the theme is shown through details in the text. 

Learning Target: Students will write a narrative to develop an imagined experience (W.1.3)

I can use vocabulary and descriptive details to develop my writing.

Assignments will include: Dream House Descriptive Writing Project and iReady.
