Learning Targets and Learning Criteria
  • Students will examine primary and secondary sources on the same event or time period in history and compare details.
  • Examples may include, but are not limited to, artifacts, images, auditory sources, and written sources.
  • Students will describe the importance of using both primary and secondary sources to answer questions about an event or time period.
  • Students will understand the importance of credibility of sources.
Classroom Activities

Face to Face students will complete activities centered on Primary and Secondary sources. 

  • Doodle notes 
  • Card Sort 
  • Color the differences Primary & Secondary Sources 

We will also cover a Timeline on the attacks of 9/11 I have attached the timeline to the top of the page. 


Assignments Due
  • Timeline about Me (Requirements and an example have been sent out via remind) Please let me know if you have any issues completing the assignment. This is a summative grade and due the 21st for classes 5-8 and the 22nd for classes 1-4
  • Students will take a quiz on Geography/ Sources. If you are out you can take your quiz by going to Socrative.com, click student, and type in the room name: WHVIRTUAL6 when you have completed your quiz please send me an email so I can grade it. 
Additional Resources

ALL IEP and ESOL accommodations will be provided daily.
