Monday/Tuesday – Multiplication and Division One Step Equations Notes and Activity

Students will identify the opposite operation when trying to solve a one step equations. 

Students will solve multiply and divide one step equations. 

Teacher will go over notes with students.  Once notes are over students will have the rest of the class period to work on the activity with a partner or individually. 

Wednesday – Adding and Subtracting One Step Equation Quiz 

Students will identify the opposite operation when trying to solve a one step equations. 

Students will solve addition and subtraction one step equations.  

Once the students finish they will begin Center Rotations for the week. 

Thursday/Friday –  Inequalities Notes and Activity

Students will review the signs < > = when comparing numbers, decimals and fractions. 

Students will solve add, subtract, multiply and divide one step equations with inequality symbols.
